Cholesterol improvement
I appreciate this complex! The dark glass jar with a protective membrane is commendable, as is the extra cardboard packaging. As someone with a folate cycle mutation (MTHFR), I find synthetic B vitamins hard to absorb. This product has a natural composition with probiotics and enzymes, which I store in the fridge for safety. After consuming one capsule, my analyses improved, and my high cholesterol levels have decreased. I highly recommend these vitamins and the packaging is lovely!

Supports cholesterol health
Pantothenic Acid or Vitamin B5 aids cell regeneration and energy metabolism, while Thiamin (Vitamin B1) is vital for the nervous system and memory. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) supports metabolism and vision. Niacin (Vitamin B3) is essential for the nervous system and lowers blood cholesterol. Vitamin B6, known as the “vitamin of happiness”, promotes serotonin production. Overall, B vitamins like B12 and Folic Acid benefit blood formation and may help manage high cholesterol effectively.
